We want you to glow with confidence, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Bondi Sands purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
